我是实习生。
具体原因就不说了，药房没有出错，客人没有拿到她想要的supply, 于是对我一阵咆哮
，我呢，本着公司宗旨，微笑的听她咆哮，结果，她说：“stop smiling! You are an
asian, you don't understand Americans! you need to watch more American TV!
。。。" 中间还有很多人身攻击
我呢，没经历过这阵势，“I apologize if my smile made you uncomfortable, but
i'm just trying to be friendly. 。。。" 整个过程，我都保持了nice的口吻。气势
上被她打压一大截，不过原则上没给她让步。
在我跟她交涉的其中，当班药剂师来处理了一下，但是跟她吵起来，然后离开不理她了
，她要了一堆信息要去投诉。
我同事第二天跟我说，我应该对她说，“My nationality has nothing to do with
our issue here!"
我知道我可能太弱了，大家遇到这种情况会如何处理？
