我妈是2010年面签的，之后一直中信代签，差不多每年都呆半年。14年11月入境，被关
了小黑屋，因为14年已经来过了，签证是12月过期，但还是给了半年，说以后要过至少
一年才能来。14年累计是呆了超过半年的（当时我们不知道是累计计算的，以为每次按
时回去就好了），15年4月走的。这次代签杯具了，要面签。

我想签证官肯定问为什么来那么多次，每次呆那么久。就说旅游，去哪些地方，给一些
照片。因为我们平时上班，只能趁长周末带她旅游，所以要来那么多次，呆那么久。这
个合理吗

给这答案之后，如果签证官犹豫，还是不肯让过，可以说送我女儿回美国读书吗，并出
具学校receipt，证明不会带小孩，只是把小孩送回美国，就会回中国。知道提小孩不
好，但好像是旅游不通过之后的最后一搏。真的只需要把小孩带过来就好，已经6岁了
，都有AfterSchool。为什么爸妈自己不去接？妈妈暑假前送过来，已经用了一星期假
，不好再多请。爸爸也刚换工作一年不到，也不好请假。

附上邀请信，求建议。写的不好，只是想personal一点，罗里罗嗦，轻拍。邀请信中完
全没有提到小孩，就是旅游。

Dear Visa Officer,

My name is xxx. I have been working for xxx as xxx under H1B visa. I am
writing this letter to support the B2 visa application for my mom, xxx. I
would like to invite her to visit me and take her to Hawaii for a short
vacation. Sep is a fantastic month to tour Hawaii. From urban Honolulu on
Oahu to the natural wonders of Kauai and the Big Island, Hawaii just have
too much to see. During my mom’s visit, she will stay with me at xxx. Her
travel plan is xxx, for approximately 2 weeks.

My mom has visited the US for many times and has a good travel history. She
returns to China on time and has never requested an extension of her B2 visa
.
She enjoyed her time in the US and has been to most major cities and places
of interest in the west coast, such as the bay area, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe,
Los Angles, San Diego, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. In addition, she also
went to the east coast to see New York City, Washington DC, Niagara Fall,
etc. She is amazed that the United States is so vast and has so many scenic
places.

However on the other hand, my dad and grandpa are still in China. My grandpa
is 84 this year. He does not have any other child in China and lives by
himself. Although my mom likes traveling, she needs to go back to China and
take care of my dad and grandpa. Furthermore, my mom does not speak English
and has her most social ties in China. She also owns real estate and invests
stocks in China, and just last year, she and my dad purchased a vacation
house in xxx, where she plans to spend this coming winter. In the past year,
my mom also went traveling in Europe. She visited France, Italy and Germany
. As a daughter, I feel really happy for her and her retirement, that she is
healthy enough to see the world and enjoy her life, and at the same time,
able to keep my dad and grandpa company.

I have enclosed the following documents for your reference to assist my mom
’s visa application,
1. Photocopies of my passport and latest I-94
2. Photocopies of my H1B approval notice, Employment Verification Letter and
last two pay stubs
3. Photocopies of my social security card, driver’s license and latest bank
statement
4. My mom’s passport and ID in China
5. My mom’s Certificate of Property Ownership
6. My mom’s latest bank statement for saving accounts and stocks
7. My mom’s pension payment stubs
8. Family photos
