第一次买房，什么也不懂，请版上的大家帮忙看看问题是否严重。
1，屋顶有shingle破损缺失的情况，大概6处
2，Water heater: Flue needs secured to unit at top - TPR drain line
terminates to pan(improper)
3, Crawlspace
有一些类似fungal的斑。这家人两年前搬来的时候在这里有mold，但是他们请人处理好
了，并且有五年的warranty。不过条款是如果这里进水就warranty失效了。现在的
disclosure里面宣称没有进水情况发生。但是到底之前为啥会长mold也不知道。open
house的时候看到房子周围有以前种爬藤植物的痕迹，而且有棵树距离房子很近。还有
他家一个喷水器几乎就在房子边上。
4，Posts/Piers: At the east side of crawlspace, the posts are overhanging
the footing by 2 or so inches - the beam these posts appears to be
supporting appears to be leaning to the interior of the crawlspace. 这个是不
是很严重阿。
5，Grading：Grade at foundation needs correction,. Evidence of poor drainage
, pitch slope of soils away from foundation. 这个是说排水有问题吗？

还列了几个小问题就不一一说了，唯一一个比较担心的是发现mice drop
