Lindsay Acura Columbus (5880 Scarborough Boulevard, Columbus, OH
dealer两次,没修好,第二次更是make it completely cracked (看头像)。
去要求unwind the deal,因为我不想再被played, they have proven to
be dishonest, incapable and unprofessional sometimes歧视华人。

在车里called the police并
they refused to provide service to you.
to Ohio General Attorney's office(正在处理), BBB(回复了,我发了6个
直在撒谎), Acura us customer relations(基本没回复,逃避我的问题)。

Lindsay Acura Columbus Dealership Address: 5880 Scarborough Boulevard,
Columbus, OH 43232

I bought a new car (about 40k) from Linday Acura and it had a defective side
mirror. They admitted it was defective (records on their service paper)
since the part broke from inside on its own. I attempted to fix it at their
place three times within one month of purchase. They didn't fix it but broke
it even more (see picture). The second time, they asked me to leave with a
completely cracked side mirror and without offering me a loaner. Given such
experience, I decided to ask for a promised solution or I will have to
unwind the deal. I asked "what if the next glass broke again and do I have
to wait for another 4 hours and leave again?" the tech person said to me in
front of other customers "I can't tell you it's not possible". Is this ok?

Since then, I have filed about 10 complaints against this dealership and
their staff in terms of their sales, service and customer relation. All
complaints have been filed through Ohio general attorney office, senator's
office, BBB, and Acura customer relations. Nobody from Lindsay Acura have
responded to really solve my problems.

I am sorry to say all dealers tend to tell lies more or less in general. It
happened to me as well. In this case, Shannon Dailey (our sales person)
quoted for me on phone with a promised price. Later when we arrived he said
he made a mistake. This was ugly but I could do nothing but accept it,
thinking as long as they sell me a good car and they are a good dealer. I
was 'lucky'. I got a really 'nice' car at a 'great' price and treated very '
nicely' for service.

Nobody can work with people who only tell lies and play dramas but never fix
real problems. Our time and life is limited. Even worse, the third time, I
called police because I felt threatened being confronted and surrounded by
two guys and a woman with other 10 people sitting in the area staring at me.
One guy said he was the manager but he never introduced himself to me. He
was a 6'5'' white male in his 40s. And the other woman was said to be Mr.
Lindsay's (the owner's) assistant but she never introduced herself. A third
guy never spoke a single word but stared at me behind the woman. I have
never experienced this confrontation before except in movies. I was all by
myself and felt struggled talking to them.

I called the police because they forced and even pushed me out. A few lines
I really don't understand are (maybe due to culture or custom, you tell). "
our conversation is over and now I ask you to leave", "if you don't leave, I
will take it to next steps.", "Think about your wife and kids", etc. I felt
humiliated and insulted as a customer who purchased a brand new car from
them and was now treated like this, in front of all other customers. Is this
my American dream come true? Is this OK?

I don't want to say they are racial discriminative but maybe they really are
. When I was there first time for the service, nobody went up to take care
of me or greet me unless I went up to them. They warmly greeted to other
white people, however. I waited for 3.5 hours in the service room for a
promised 1 hour work during which nobody gave me any update until I went up
to ask them for it. However, I did observe they greeted and checked with
other customers who are white people. This happens not only during the
service but also during my first test drive, my initial checkout and my
accessory purchase. I felt very uncomfortable and made a hasty decision
under pressure.

I want to resolve it peacefully with them but they keep ignoring me and keep
playing games with you. For new customers, Google 'Acura Customer
Satisfaction' and you will find more testimonies. They actually have the
worst customer satisfaction score in past two years which unfortunately I
didn't know at first.

I have experience dealing with several other dealers in town but never feel
so frustrated.
