几个月前在stop sign前没有completely stop, 被警察开了罚单，罚单给的violation
code 是说开得太慢，备注stop sign。久久收不到fine/bill, 打court的电话好几次，
每次等好久。

一个月前收到警局的更正，violation code改成stop sign未停。昨天收到court来信，
说要么交罚款234刀，要么出庭。还标明： you are not eligible for traffic
school because we can not verify your driver history. 还有备注if you are
eligible for traffic school and you choose not to attend your insurance may
be adverse affected.

我再仔细看了那封信，OMG, 我的名字全部拼错，连我的地址的路名也拼错，居然还能
送给我，真神了。

我现在应该怎么办？
1 打电话给court，说明他们把我的名字拼错，要求更改，重查driver history， in
this way, I should be eligible for traffic school, and then I pay the fine
and attend the traffic school.
2 出庭 控诉他们是如此不负责任，犯错多多。所以警察给开的罚单也是不足以另人信
服的。
3 不理会，既然信上也不是我的名字
4 还有别的办法吗？

本来想乖乖交罚款，上驾校，早点了结。现在出这么多烦事。难道就许警察和办事人员
犯错没事，我们普通人一有错就该罚。

有人有类似的经历吗，怎么处理比较好。谢谢！
