现在大概是孕５－６周的样子, 两周前产检时产科大夫用超声波诊断出sac很有可能在
子宫右上角，从而判断有可能是cornual pregnancy.  上周复查时用超声波对sac位置
诊断依旧，但由于病人没有bleeding or 明显痛感,医生也怀疑是仅仅是bicornuate
uterus 和normal pregnancy. 
产科大夫于是建议MRI without contrast并refer to a radiologist, 但该
radiologist认为由于处在first trimester,有流产可能，并引具FDA和American
College of Radiology Guideline, 拒绝做MRI. 产科大夫依然认为MRI是唯一可行的诊
断措施，且没有证据和研究显示MRI对first trimester有任何副作用, 并refer to a
second radiologist.

两年多以前怀和生老大的时候都很顺利, 现在碰到这么复杂的情况，实在是想请教各位
的意见。
