我们情况如下
主申请人PD 08/2012, EB2->EB3 485 RD 05/2014
副申请人另外有一个EB2 NIW PD 03/2012
5月份先寄信给NSC要求relink，毫无音信
然后过了10天后，用副申请人的485做了SR，再次要求relink
回信如下：
We have forwarded your service request to your file and they will be
reviewed by the supervisor. No corrections have been made at this time. We
regret the inconvenience.

又等了10天，接着用主申请人的485做了SR，这次没有要求relink，只是询问case
status，现在回复如下：
Your case is currently under review by an officer.  You should receive a
decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the
date of this letter.

这算是relink上了吗？假如没有relink上，还是EB3的话，是不是会回复visa number
is not available？
