芝加哥郊区，2-story的SFH，大约3100 sqf。准备把furnace还有AC都换了。准备要3-4
个quote。
下面的是我迄今为止收到的.比较喜欢这个contractor，告诉我除非铁了心要在现在的
房子里面住很多年，根本没有必要上high efficiency，因为要很多年才能payback。并
且卖房子的
时候买家也不会多付钱。

-replace existing unit with Trane XR13

X- Comfort Project:Trane XL95 （$3920）
-remove and replace existing furnace with XL95 furnace

-run new 3" PVC exhaust venting and intake

-includes labor, taxes and fees

比较倾向于XL80 + XR13的搭配。大家觉得怎么样？3.5 TON的空调够吗？
