But unless the police catch the bootbuster in the act, they can't
actually prove he or she did the dirty deed.

上网找到这一段。确实，美国讲究抓现行。。你自己把boot取了丢了就行了，警察来问
就说啥也不知道，条子根据没法对你干啥。

那个苦主的问题是傻乎乎地带着警察和boot公司的人去自己的车里取出boot，被人一通
拍照人赃俱获，证据确凿，被起诉了。。

其实是应该听狐狸拍的，搞个强力的锯子把boot弄掉，找个垃圾箱丢了万事，对所有人
都说自己没被boot过，啥都不知道。
