之前一直在本版潜水，学到不少东西。花了半年时间准备材料，上个月底提交，俩周后
升级pp，过了一周收到rfe通知，officer 0242。这位io版上好像很少提到，google也
找不到多少有用信息。和大家分享一下我的case，也希望版上的前辈能提供一点建议。

背景：US PhD, 机械工程，现在工业界engineer。paper 25 (11 journal + 14
conference), citation 118, review 58 (20 journal+conference)，6封推荐信 (4个
独立，美国，欧洲)。claim老三样，review, publication, contribution.

RFE肯定了publication, 质疑review和contribution.
1. review：PL里提交了review列表和thank you letter, 律师总结了journal rank，
并在推荐信里做了强调，外加两封editor letter。RFE肯定了review的工作，但提出我
不是leader而是member。从来没听说过review里还有leader的，每个人不都是独立完成
review的么。难道是一个support letter里提到我在technical review committee里让
io造成了误解？
律师认为提交的材料足够满足这一项要求，错在io使用不当标准。While conducting
peer review work may indeed by a fairly normal activity for researchers, it
is still sufficient to satisfy the plain language of this criterion.
补充材料，律师建议提供每个journal的reviewer selection criteria和
responsibility。请问这写信息是向journal要还是自己draft?

2. contribution: PL里提交了publication, journal rank, citation rank,
citation from notable institutions, conference presentation, 推荐信里2人引用
了我的文章。
rfe里基本上质疑了每一项。
1) publication: lack evidence the work is recognized internationally. 要求提
供significance of publications。除了已有的journal rank，还用什么证明？每个
journal的主页aims and scope？
2) citation: not widely cited, not outstanding in the specific academic area.
3) conference presentation: 质疑会议属于part of job duties and common place
。这里我只提供了conference program book/schedule, 确实没有介绍会议的重要性，
需要加上。
4) original contributions are expected, not separate from rest as
extrodinary.
io提出的5点evidence和版上分享的0214 rfe 模板一样。

补充材料，律师建议提供客观证据，深挖引用亮点，我的工作如何被别人应用，大段正
面评论。rfe需要在1月中前回复，加上年底的各种假期，时间很紧迫，又得加班了。
