来美16年, 绿卡终于告段落. 期间煎熬不用说.

2007 大潮, 兴奋交485, 几个月后NIW 140 被拒, 2年心血白费, 沮丧. (戚博雄律师很
不负责,请留意)

2008 年 H1B 3年将满, 公司 不愿 再申, 被layoff. 当时小孩又将出生, 压力 可想而
知. 幸亏有教会 弟兄姐妹祷告, 精神上支持, 半年后找到新工作. 一年后H1B 将满4年
半, 请公司申请绿卡,  PD 05/12/10.

2012 年 EB2 前进, 满怀希望下个月论到,不想马上就退, 就差12天.

2015 年3月, 排期到. 递485. 9月排期又后退.

10 月 案子 没动静.(议员7月联系过,刚开始很热情,后来信也不回了.)

11月3日, 打了T2. 报了PD, RD. T2 说写个NOTE. 没想到 马上批了.

9月中回国, 用上了AP.
