我10月28号查到我的package被DOS 签收了, 中国大使馆10月27号把NOL寄出去了.

这都过去一个月了, 差DOS 状态显示还是:
Currently, there is no information regarding the status of your case.

然后我给DOS发信, 收到回复说:
We have checked our files and there is no record of having received your
application.  If you have submitted your package along with the fee to the U
.S. Bank in St. Louis, MO, your package will be forwarded to the Waiver
Review Division in Washington, DC where it will be entered into the Waiver
Review System.  At that time, you will be able to view the status of your
case.  You should allow approximately one month from the time all documents
were submitted before checking your status online.

回信说: "no record of having received your application." 请问是我的文件寄丢
了吗? 我需要联系哪里查一下我文件去哪里了?

大家一般都多久能查到状态?
