买家起诉我：第二波骚扰来袭

上文书说道，买家去年花了$3000买了我的车，几个月后说要起诉我，因为我卖车时没
有告诉他车的毛病。我没理他。

现在买家的第二波骚扰来袭。他去了我之前去过的修车铺，修车铺在没有取得我同意的
情况下，把我去年的修车记录给了买家，现在买家拿着修车记录来找我。

我的第一个问题是：修车铺在我未授权的情况下就release了我的修车记录，这合法吗？

修车记录写道：brake and left hand axle有问题，我已经付费修好了。买家觉得我在
卖车时没告诉他，是一种犯罪。他说~~~：

I will be filing a lawsuit against you by your fraudulent auto sales act.
Full repair costs will come out to be over $7,000. If you agree to settle
before this, I am willing to take $3,500.

是的你没看错，车钱是$3000，但是他要我赔偿$3500。他继续说道：

I am not making empty threats about the lawsuit. If you try to run or
continue to not take my calls as you have done so, your credit score in the
US will be affected and you may face further actions.

Attached is a screen capture of the inspection report from xxx 修车铺, that
shows that you were aware of the issues with the brake and left hand axle
prior to selling the car.

他的逻辑就是：我卖车时知道车有毛病，但是没有告诉他，于是我有罪。可是我是把车
修好了半年以后才卖的。我不知道为什么这是我的错误。另外，即使我没修好，并且也
没告诉他，我都不是犯罪。总之我自认为自己很厚道。

我的第二个问题是：我有错误吗？

第三个问题：去哪里申请禁止他骚扰我的禁止令？那个禁止令用英文怎么说？
