485 pending 9+个月了, INFOPASS 和 SR都是过了，求建议

I140 是Eb1b， 2016年2月份就批了。

3月份file 我和老婆的485， 指纹很快就验了。EAD,AP也3个月内就拿到了。具体拿到
时间忘了。
485状态一直pending，现实状态如下：

we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register
Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. Our Texas Service Center location
is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will
process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move
, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

11月初做了第一次infopass，被告知 状态是 nothing on hold, final decision to
be made soon, 还信誓旦旦告诉我一个月之内没消息再来infopass。结果一个月没消息。

12月出第二次infopass，换了个人，说还是同样状态。说一个月之内没消息再来
infopass，他会帮我file SR。

当天回来，我自己在网上file了 SR，圣诞前收到回复如下：（好像模版回复）

The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are
processed in the order in which they were received.  You should receive a
decision or notice of further action within 90 days.

请大神帮忙指点，看看这个现在该怎么做能快点拿到绿卡。找议员还是？
