它的回复没有直接说那首歌属于言论自由的保护范围，因为白宫不是法院，不能越权判
定，也不宜贸然表态。所以它只陈述一个事实：“美国保障言论自由”，但就是没说那
首歌是不是言论自由。

虽然不直说，但说了那句话其实已经委婉地表态了，所以所有读者通通认为白宫是主张
那首歌属于言论自由范畴。其实没有，如果这封信拿到法庭上打官司，一定会说白宫并
未表态。

接下来，它又陈述另外一个事实：白宫无权干涉内容的发表与否。然后事情就过去了。
很高明，不愠不火，中规中矩，川普一定做不到。

当初这个请愿就很无聊，有这力气去找 YouTube 啊。就像 Jimmy Kimmel 事件一样，
人家就是找 ABC，没那么笨去照找白宫。那些愤青（悲愤青年）够无脑的了。
